Directions in English

Take highway 1 north in the direction towards San Ramon. The first large highway sign you'll see (from the airport going north) indicates Alajuela to the right and San Ramon straight ahead. Don't take the Alajuela turnoff! We are not located in the City of Alajuela. We are in the Province of Alajuela which covers a huge area. Just remember to follow the signs to San Ramon at the beginning.
After driving about 10 miles(18 kms; around 12 minutes), move to the right lane and start looking for the turn off sign that will say "Sarchi/Grecia".
After the turn off, keep driving for another 10-15 minutes until you see the famous red metal church (on your left).
Drive for 3 more blocks after passing the church then turn left. You should be on a road towards "San Miguel" and "Carbonal". If in doubt, stop and ask "?Esta carretera esta a San Miguel i Carbonal?". You can also ask for "Coope Victoria" ("co-opey Victoria").
If you are on the right road in a minute or two you'll be driving among the sugarcane fields. The road is lined by the royal palms on your right and both sides are lined with hibiscus shrubs.
At the end of that "alley" you'll see the gas station on your righ and sugar plant "coope Victoria" on your left. Keep driving for another 100 yards.
Right before the soccer field (on your left) and police station (on your right), turn left. The soccer field is on your right now.
Keep driving for another minute until you arrive at a T-intersection. Make a right. Keep going up for about 7 minutes. On all future intersections go straight until you see a sign saying "Mango Valley". Turn right and drive through the plantation past coffee and mango trees for 200 yards.
If you missed our turn and you see hotel "Villas Cipress" on your left, turn around and go back 100 yards, then turn left.
Total driving time from the San Jose international airport is between 35 and 45 minutes. You can call us at 2-444-88-33.
