Rates                                                                                    

 

Rates are in US Dollars and are per room, per night, single or double occupancy. Each extra person is $10 per person/per night. Rates include full breakfast.

 

Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Special reduced rates may be found on the reservations page but are subject to availability. Rates do not include 13% Costa Rica sales tax. Children under age 2 stay free (max. 2) if sharing a room with an adult.

 

A deposit is required when you book, to guarantee your reservation. Deposit amount will depend on the season and the duration of your stay.

 

The rate for the full stay must be paid in the event of departure prior to the scheduled checkout date, without fault of the hotel. Additional restrictions may apply throughout the year. Policies are subject to change.

 

We accept payments in cash (in US dollars or local currency) and all major credit cards (subject to 5% commission).

 

 

Cancellation Policy:                                                         

 

Please be sure of your plans before booking. We are a small B&B, dealing mostly with advance reservations. Date changes and cancellations affect us dramatically. However, if your plans change, please be aware of the cancelation policy:

 

• if reservation is cancelled one (1) month or more prior to your arrival, full refund minus 10% transaction fee.

 

• if reservation is cancelled less than one (1) month but more than two (2) weeks prior to your arrival, 50% refund minus 10% transaction fee. 

 

• if reservation is cancelled less than two (2) weeks prior to your arrival, no refund. 

 

Arrival/Departure                                                            

 

Check-in time is between 1 pm and 10 pm (13:00-22:00). Late check-ins (after 10 pm): please contact us in advance.

 

Check-out time is 11 am. Late check-outs may be permitted subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

 

General Policies:                                                               

 

• Children are welcome, but no childcare is provided.

 

• No smoking is allowed inside the rooms.

 

• Mild consumption of alcohol is permitted.

 

• Pets admitted only on a case-by-case basis, and with prior approval of the hotel management. Extra cleaning fee and reimbursable deposit may be required.

 

• No noise after 9 pm .
